I teach the Alexander Technique on the north and south-side of Chicago. Lessons are by appointment.
Andersonville: Near the intersection of Foster Ave & Clark St, location is approximately 8 miles north of downtown Chicago and 5 miles south of Evanston. I am available in Andersonville Wednesday thru Sunday.
- CTA: A short (.4 mile) walk west of the Berwyn red-line stop
- Car: 1.5 miles west of the Foster exit off of Lake Shore Drive
5 miles east of I-94 and 6 miles east of I-90 on Foster Ave.
When driving south on I-94, take the Cicero exit south to Foster.
When driving north in I-94, take the Foster exit.
When driving south on I-90, take the Austin exit south to Foster.
When driving north on I-90, take the Foster exit.
Hyde Park: Near the intersection of 55th St and Woodlawn Ave, my Hyde Park location is about 7 miles south of downtown Chicago. I am available in Hyde Park on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- CTA: A short (.1) walk north of the No. 55 Garfield Bus stop at Woodlawn (with connections to the No. 6 Jackson Park Express to the east and red and green-line trains to the west)
- Metra: A short (.6 mile) walk or bus ride from the 55th/57th St Metra stop (Electric Line and South Shore Line trains)
- Car: Around a mile west of Lake Shore Drive
4 miles northwest of the Stony Island Ave. exit off of I-90
2 miles east of 90/94 on 55th St./Garfield Blvd
